2. Service Engagement & Project Terms

  • All service engagements require a signed contract and upfront payment before execution begins
  • A free consultation is offered prior to any formal agreement
  • Payment options include bank transfer and cash, with 5% VAT applicable on all services
  • Project timelines, deliverables, and costs will be clearly outlined in the signed agreement

3. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made as per the project agreement milestones
  • We accept payments in AED via bank transfer or cash only
  • No online payments are accepted through this website
  • Payment confirmation is issued upon receipt of funds

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • A project may be cancelled within 24 hours of contract signing for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, refunds are subject to administrative and work-in-progress deductions
  • All refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 45 business days

5. Intellectual Property

  • All images, text, designs, and materials on this site—including project photos—are the intellectual property of Milestone Landscaping L.L.C
  • You may not reproduce, republish, copy, or redistribute any content without our explicit written permission
